Location: Sanford, ME / Biddeford, ME
We support both the hybrid remote and fully on-site work approaches. The hybrid work model requires 2 days in the office each week and is available after the initial 8 week training period (3-4 weeks of training in our Portsmouth, NH Member Center with the remainder of time in the home Member Center). Please note there is always potential to be required to work in the office due to employer needs and/or employee performance.
Pay: Hourly rate $19.00-$20.00
Hours: 8:00-5:30, Saturdays 8-12:00
Primary Function:
To assist members and potential members with telephone requests; explain and cross sell products and services, respond to problems and maintain a one call resolution environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members and potential members with telephone and correspondence fostering a one call resolution environment.
- Cross-sell credit union products and services and achieves individual goals.
- Assist members and potential members with products, account opening and cross-sell refer for any loan product offered.
- Assist members in troubleshooting any online service and processes all types of transactions maintaining proper security.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 1-12 months in a fast pace environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Outstanding customer service skills- verbal and written.
- Ability to deal with members in a professional manner, using courtesy and tact.
- Ability to interpret and keep up to date with applicable laws and regulations surrounding area of responsibility.

Physical Requirements:
Work involves typing on a computer, reading, writing, and sitting. May need to lift up to 10 pounds.
