At Osborne we are currently recruiting for a Member Services Officer to join an established organisation within the financial sector based in South Dublin.
The role of Member Services Officer to provide friendly, efficient, and excellent front line and administrative services to members whether at the counter, by phone, letter, online or email.
Salary and Benefits:

Key responsibilities:
- Service to members across multiple delivery channels including over the counter, telephone and online.
- Processing member transactions in an efficient and accurate manner
- Explaining and actively promoting credit union products and services to members
- Other office duties as required.
Requirements:
- Commitment and aptitude for Excellent Customer Service
- An ability to pay attention to accuracy and detail
- Cash Handling Experience
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Applications
- Awareness of confidentiality and data protection needs
