Here at Osborne, we are currently seeking a Member Services Officer on a full time pernament basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the financial services industry and work along side a supportive and progressive team.

For you:

Salary: Competitive salary rates on offer

Hours: 2 week rotation

9.15-5.00pm

Week 1: Tuesday-Saturday

Week 2: Monday-Friday

Annual Leave: 21 Days + 3 company days (Pro Rata)

Parking onsite

Location: South Dublin OR Dublin City Centre.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Service to members across multiple delivery channels including over the counter, telephone and online.
• Processing member transactions in an efficient and accurate manner
• Explaining and actively promoting credit union products and services to members
• Other office duties as required.

Ideal Candidates should have:

• Commitment and aptitude for Excellent Customer Service
• An honest and reliable character
• An ability to pay attention to accuracy and detail
• Cash Handling Experience
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office Applications
• Awareness of confidentiality and data protection need
