Member Success Agent (Atlanta, GA) We are looking to grow our member success team to scale our sales strategy and operations platform. Your main responsibilities will be reviewing documents, coordinating with auto retailers, financial institutions and customers to ensure successful completion of transactions from start to finish. This role is well suited for those who can take ownership, solve problems, have great attention to detail and have provided the best customer experience in the forefront of making decisions. This is a fast paced startup and we want individuals who share in our passion for reinventing the future of vehicle financing and ownership.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing member transactions from start to finish efficiently and with great accuracy
Answering phone calls, live chats and emails promptly
Completing daily tasks and documenting the member journey with detailed and thorough notes in the CRM
Maintaining a clean and concise CRM
Receiving, verifying and processing various documents and ensuring proper storage
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to take on additional tasks as assigned
Who you are:
4+ years of customer service / account management experience within a fast-paced environment such as a call center, financial institution, or automotive business development center
Highly proficient within the Google Drive platform (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) and Google Calendar
You love to collaborate with team members on how to improve an existing process
You are not afraid to be the voice of the member and strive to provide the best customer experience
Solid communicator possessing strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Great attention to detail
Have the self-motivation to drive projects forward
You ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas
A passion for solving problems and getting customers across the finish line
A positive attitude: Being a team player and taking challenges head on
Most importantly, you’re fun and a pleasure to be around
This position is located mainly on-site with the option of working remotely one day per week
