Salary: Starting at $56,000 – based on experience

We are currently seeking a passionate & dedicated Memory Care Director. This individual will lead our memory care team of care and medication assistants, by example to new heights of success.
Memory Care Director Responsibilities include:
- Supervise, develop, and schedule all resident care staff in memory care according to PSL policies and procedures
- Performs evaluations/reevaluations to determine appropriate residency, resident needs, and then assist in establishing appropriate service plans for in memory care
- Orient and assist all residents to adjusting to life in the community in memory care
- Administer medications in memory care as allowed per state specific and PSL guidelines when required
- Act as a liaison for all aspects related to resident care in memory care within the community
Memory Care Director Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred such as social services, behavioral health, therapeutic recreation, and nursing OR
- Associates degree in a related field preferred such as social services, behavioral health, therapeutic recreation, and nursing
- Two (2) years’ experience caring for people with dementia required
- Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly required
