Dillards Towne East is the biggest fashion retailer in Wichita , Ks.
We are looking to add additional member to our Men's department team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Build a clientele.
- Fallow and execute department merchandise directives.
- Self-starter, dependable, reliable.
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
- Comply with inventory control procedures.
- Cleanning, organizing , maintaining.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
