About us

Darby Creek Counseling has offices in Hilliard and London, OH and is in need of additonal Therapists. We are especially in need of a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Credential.

A full-time salaried Supervisor position would require carrying a caseload of 18-20 in-person and TeleHealth clients and supervising @ 6 Counselor Interns and/or LPC Therapists. Friday and Sunday hours are strongly preferred. A Part-time fee for service position would be considered, especially if it included Friday and Sunday hours.

An office based therapist is needed at our London office, which is open Monday to Friday. Evening hours would be required. This position could be either fee for service or salaried.

Remote or Hybrid Fee for Service positions are open for independently licensed therapists for TeleHealth.

Training Supervison for Marriage and Family Therapists will be available by late summer.

Benefits available for full-time staff include regular salary with incentive bonus, all purpose PTO, simple IRA, free access to unlimited primary care (major medical health insurance is not currently available). An HSA and an employer sponsered ICHRA plan are available for qualifying employees.
