AOC is seeking a Procurement Manager candidate for our Corporate office in Collierville, TN, or remotely. This role will lead procurement activities, employing AOC’s sourcing process, for assigned direct categories regionally and globally. He/she will collaborate with manufacturing, quality, planning, logistics, and suppliers to identify and drive total delivered cost savings, security of supply, innovation, and growth. A proven track record of strong leadership, business acumen, and strategic thinking, in conjunction with an outstanding ability to drive results, are essential. This position reports directly to the VP of Americas Procurement.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing AOC’s sourcing process - identifies, develops, and implements global and regional sourcing strategies to reduce total delivered cost, improve the security of supply, and enable growth.
• Effectively communicates strategies, results, and metrics to leadership teams as required.
• Negotiates key commercial and supply positions for defined AOC business requirements and goals.
• Stays abreast of industry trends for assigned categories. Provides guidance and recommendations to business leadership to support margin and top-line growth.
• Effectively implements strategic supplier strategies and initiatives to achieve maximum value at regional and global levels.

• BA/BS in Supply Chain Management / Business / Engineering or related field
• MBA preferred
• Minimum 7 years indirect procurement experience (logistics experience strongly preferred)
