About you

You are a natural communicator who wants to help our clients in their Modern Workplace journey.

You will help improve employee mobility, productivity, teamwork, and security demonstrating your experience in Windows 10, Office 365 and ideally Microsoft’s Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS).

Your interpersonal and communication skills help technical and non-technical clients engage with often complex information.

You are likely to have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, Information Technology or similar.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be suitable.

You also have experience in systems engineering and/or infrastructure.

You have working experience with at least two of the following core Microsoft platforms:

• Windows client operating systems: Windows 10, Windows 11, Azure Virtual Desktop
• O365 suite: Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams (inc. Enterprise Voice), SharePoint Online, OneDriveForBusiness, Yammer …
• M365 Deployment & Management : Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Configuration Manager & Intune), PowerShell
• M365 Security: Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, O365, Cloud Apps), Azure MFA, Azure Conditional Access, Azure Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Threat Protection
• M365 Identity: Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Active Directory Federation Services
• Microsoft Viva: Viva Connections, Viva Insights, Viva Topics, Viva Learning
