Now, we’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM Supply Chain Consultant to join our team. This role will play a key part in the overall growth of the organisation along with helping to maintain our core ethos here are Sysco – “Keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do”.
This is an amazing opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Dynamics 365 FSCM candidate who has strong industry knowledge to assist the delivery and implementation of several Dynamics D365 FSCM implementations across the EMEA region. Summary:
- The role itself is a pre-implementation opportunity to support Supply Chain department within IT team in the optimisation of the ERP system
- It is a great role for an IT and Supply Chain professional to balance system use/configuration with passion for operations.
- Serves as an internal subject matter expert and supports all company activities including but not limited to system implementations, integrations, and process consultations.
- Participates in team building and develops team
- Leads all activities for a particular area in supply chain or warehousing for a full lifecycle and be responsible for all project documentation/deliverables.
Beside this you will also take part in:
- Lead projects around requirements gathering, process and specifications design, systems implementations, and knowledge transfer.
- Work as an individual contributor and as part of a team to support business stakeholders.
- Gather system functional requirements, analyse, design, and develop, test, and deploy mission critical business solutions.
- Contribute to the scope management, risk management, meaning identification, evaluation, and mitigation plan.
- Understands documentation standards and be able to create all technical design documents
- Develop an understanding of related supply chain, warehousing, and development software.
- Demonstrate and enhance basic supply chain concepts and research techniques, to exercise discretion and make judgments on how to configure the system.
- Act as a technology subject matter expert to drive efficient Supply Chain and Warehousing processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
Requirements:
- Over 2 years of Dynamics AX/F&O/FSCM experience, and having completed at least 1 full life cycle implementation
- Experience with integration tools and 3rd party add on modules
- Knowledge of D365 customization process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Supply Chain Qualification such as: SCM, LSCM, SCE etc.
- Must have previous implementation experience with AX 2012/ D365 at least once.
Desirable:

- Experience in working in Agile projects.
- Other European languages on the B2+ level will be considered as a serious advantage.
