Position Profile
We are searching for a self-motivated and experienced 6th grade English teacher to join our qualified team of educators. As an English teacher, you will be required to cultivate lesson plans to develop students’ learning and personal growth. The ability to teach a class that is Christ-centered and offers superior education academically, spiritually and socially in a structured, positive environment should be the objective.
General Responsibilities

• Organize classroom lectures and coursework
• Prepare materials
• Keep a record of students’ attendance and grades
• Inform parents of students’ performance
• Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience
• Provide an inviting, exciting, innovative learning environment
• Maintain and enrich your expertise in the subject area
• Engage in effective and appropriate classroom management

Administration

• Reports to the Secondary Principal

Qualifications

• Demonstrate expertise in English
• Valid Teaching Certification

Pay: $35,964.00 - $40,633.00 per year
