Job description

We are hiring a Mill Shop Apprentice to assist our team with a number of different projects throughout the Lakes Region area. The ideal candidate is skilled in a variety of carpentry traits including measuring, following supervisor's direction, hand tool use, and cabinet assembly. Knowledge of the finishing process is a positive. The carpenter/apprentice will also be required to do general labor around the shop including daily tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, moving, delivering, and organizing. The applicant will have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

• Reliable schedule and on time.
• Use of tape measure
• Use of typical hand tools.
• Use of table saw, joiner, and planer.
• Follow directions of Shop Foreman.
• General understanding of basic casework and millwork processes.
