Job description

We are looking for a professional to manage and coordinate the MIS and computer technology requirements of the organization. This person will be working with input from the CFO, President, and the department managers, develop an annual technology plan for the company. We are looking for a jack of all trades for this position to join our smaller sized company to handle any/all IT issues with the department.

This person will need to bring managing experience with Systems, Networking, and Security. Manage and maintain all PC processes and applications. Assist department managers and staff in utilization of hardware and software. Write application programs as requested for spreadsheet or database applications. Monitor usage to assure that all company PCs are utilizing licensed software. Maintain all system hardware and repair service as needed. Manage and maintain all other company software applications. Manage and maintain telephone and voice-mail system. Train new hires and update as personnel leave the company. Provide ongoing training of staff in available technology. Manage and maintain mobile communication technology (iPad and cell phones). Assist Marketing staff in development and maintenance of Company website. Research and evaluate new hardware and software systems that improve company efficiency and make recommendations to Company management.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration is required with a working knowledge of creating Users, Groups, and Group Policy and numerous other administrative tasks including management of Active Directory.
  • Responsible for procurement of computer and network hardware and peripherals for both office and remote employees as well as field employees. It requires software license management for our current Microsoft 365, Autodesk, Estimating, Adobe and Bluebeam subscriptions as well as new subscriptions as management requests are received.
  • Cyber Security administration, improvement initiatives and employee security awareness training.
  • Management of the office security system. Our security system is a Honeywell system that controls building access as well as building security cameras.
  • Management of OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online and Teams. This also includes administration of Exchange Online, Microsoft Security, Microsoft Compliance and Azure Active Directory. Knowledge of Azure AD Connect

Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
