We are seeking an experienced full-time Community Manager for a Mobilehome community in Jurupa Valley, Riverside CA.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to resident applications, leases, billing, rent collections, banking and reporting, enforcement of park rules, as well as oversight of maintenance and other miscellaneous projects in the community.

Must have property management experience. Qualifications include proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and front office billing system, Rent Manager, would be a plus but will train. Ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, employees and supervisor. Strong customer service skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. A valid driver's license, auto insurance and social security number are required. Drug test will be required. Housing is available. Bilingual English/Spanish is perfered.
