About the Team
The Governance and Experience team is a global team responsible for ensuring that our platform provides a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our Merchants, Creators and our community. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.
We are hiring a Moderation Policy Trainer to help with the enhancement of our policies as well as guarding the safety of our content and product listings of UK and EU markets.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify training and development needs, identify problems and suggest solutions.
- Evaluate moderator performance to gauge where knowledge and skills are lacking
- Develop training sessions based on cross-functions' moderation knowledge necessities
- Work collaboratively with general&local SOP team to produce the training materials and deliver training for local moderators and relative parties.
- Measure the effectiveness of training using various feedback methods.
- Identify opportunities to drive improvements on risk mitigation, process streamlining, quality enhancement, and policy localization as well as optimization at scale.
- Work closely with Governance and Experience Moderation Lead, Quality Assurance and other cross functional teams supporting commerce to ensure market moderation meets goals and continuous improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree, education, training or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience as a trainer
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities and ambiguity
- Excellent organizational skills and can handle business demands under pressure
- Fluent in Spanish is required as the role requires communication with Spanish markets and fluency in English is also required as it is the working language;
- Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with detail-oriented focus
