Job Summary

• The Virtual Monitoring Technician monitors patient activity by continuous video monitoring.
• The Virtual Monitoring Technician collaborates with the Nursing Units by communicating with both the patient and staff as needed to ensure patient safety.

Education and/or Experience

• Must have High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Certification/Licensure/Registrations

• Previous experience as a Patient Care Technician or CNA for a minimum of 6 months is required
• On the job training will be provided. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Work Schedule

• Ability to work various shifts as scheduled, and to work every other weekend and holiday rotations

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $17.50 - $23.00 per hour
