Our Sheboygan branch of Ride North is looking for a highly motivated, powersports or marine enthusiast to join our sales team.If you are passionate about powersports or marine equipment and are great at relationship building - this job may be for you!

Requirements

• Must be self-motivated and passionate about our products
• Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Must be highly driven and a healthy dose of competition

• Must be comfortable and confident in presenting equipment to customers in pursuit of a sale and maintaining positive customer relations

• Must have a base knowledge and understanding of the dealership’s products and services, with an interest in continued learning.

• Must be computer literate and comfortable with social media posting and online correspondence
• Must be willing to make outbound phone calls to sales leads and follow up with in-store appointments
• Must have good time management and organizational skills.
• Must be available 830a-630p Tuesday thru Friday and 830a-430p Saturdays, year-round.

Benefits with all Full Time Employment positions. 50% medical contribution after 90 days, 100% contribution towards 401k retirement after one year. Employee discount.

Anticipated base earnings starting from $730 per week, depending on product familiarity and sales potential. Plus commission above guaranteed hourly base.
