Eisenhauer's Tioga County Harley-Davidson, located at 2911 South Main Street, Mansfield, PA 16933, is looking for a service advisor to join our team. A Service Advisor is responsible for building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relations, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives and maintaining service records. Harley-Davidson experience is preferred for this position.

Candidates must:

• have strong communication skills, both over the phone and in-person
• have the ability to multi-task
• proactively follow up with current and previous customers
• maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle customer complaints
• be able to pass drug test and background check
