Location: Dublin City South (onsite 100%)

Salary: €23,500 + bonus with on target earning of €27,000 + (Mon-Fri Standard Hours)

Multilingual Customer Service Representatives

Our client is seeking to employ full time multilingual specialists, we have vacancies across various languages and require Italian + Portuguese Speakers, French Speakers, Italian & Spanish Speakers, German Speakers and Italian & French Speakers. This is a customer service role where full training will be provided and you will be dealing with customers queries over phone and email. You will require administration skills and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing customer service requests over phone and email

• Handing queries re their pension and financial accounts
• Providing statements on request
• Updating personal data including address, phone numbers and email addresses
• Adhoc administration support

Candidate Profile:

• Strong customer Service Skills
• Strong administration skills and good attention to detail.
• Fluent Italian + Portuguese OR Fluent French OR Fluent Italian + Spanish OR Fluent German OR Fluent Italian + French.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude
• Have a passion to learn continually and grow professionally
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
