About Your New Employer:

A world-renowned company needs a multilingual HR Generalist who speaks fluent Italian and English, to join their Cork team.

This is a 12-month contract and a hybrid role.

You will support employees in the Italian/EMEA market. The ideal candidate will be a qualified HR professional and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

About Your New Job:

• Act as a point of contact for employee and manager enquiries regarding benefits, employee data, HR systems and pay for countries across the EMEA region
• Respond to employee inquiries through phone or email
• Administer HR-related processes for internal customers, including data entry
• Grow strong internal relationships across HR and internal process partners to better understand these functions
• Record all information in a CRM system

The Skills/Experience You Need:

• Fluency in English and Italian both verbal and written
• Previous experience in a similar HR role, supporting employee queries in the EMEA region
• Proven ability working with confidential data
• Experience using HR systems (Workday, Service Now, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.)
• Payroll experience is an advantage
