Job Description

  • Build strategy on key quality and clinical opportunity areas by understanding the details of Privia’s Value-Based Care contracts and the quality outcomes they require and become the internal subject matter expert on particular areas of clinical quality as needed:
  • Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP and MIPs)
  • CMS Medicare Advantage STARs Programs
  • Commercial Quality Programs
  • Consumer Assessment of Providers and Systems (CAHPS)
  • Health Outcome Survey (HOS)
  • Assist with the implementation of new Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs)
  • Assist in creating and updating quality program educational resource materials
  • Support EHR Quality data conversions
  • Lead the development and execution of initiatives that drive Star rating improvements to achieve the enterprise goal of 4+ Stars in all markets
  • Strategic partner to one or more Market Quality Managers/Leads
  • Design workflows to meet quality outcomes and partner with internal teams to implement
including building process documentation for HEDIS quality measures
  • Facilitate sharing best practices between markets
  • Collaborate with external payer team members on strategies related to clinical quality outcomes
  • Manage and support relationships between internal partners and external payers
  • Work with teams across the company to support their key processes or areas of improvement as needed
  • Manage quality measures in EHRs, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Clinical IT on
improving EHR workflows
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant working experience
  • Strong project management and data analytics skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Medical record reviewing/ measure compliance expertise
  • Healthcare experience required; Experience with Quality programs such as MSSP, CMS Medicare
Advantage Star Ratings or HEDIS strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $78,200.00- $85,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed.
