NC FAST requires the services of a Senior Curam developer to provide business and systems analysis, modeling, design, and programming support for the Food Nutrition Services (FNS) for the ARP FNS project to develop new functionalities to allow the beneficiaries to apply online for recerts and COC and prove the identify using the RIDP solution through the citizen portal. Duties include but are not limited to requirement gathering, fit gap analysis, functional and detailed design, code development, and life cycle management of various program features. Areas of focus include business and workflow process modeling, business and System reengineering using Cúram, IEG, Java, reactJS and other web technologies. These activities will involve the use of COTS Cúram Enterprise Framework Components, Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT), use of XML technology in Cúram, Cúram Evidence Framework, Java, Software Integration tools like MuleSoft or Boomi, Oracle, Subversion/Bitbucket, and WebSphere. Responsibilities also include implementing Agile software development and testing approaches for entire Service Delivery Lifecycle and deployment to ensure code base is efficient, maintainable, and adhering to DHHS/NC FAST policies and procedures. This role should have strong working experience in IBM Curam framework and Java programming to understand and develop the underlying rules for the FNS and SNAP products.
