Nephrology Board eligible/Board certified General Nephrologists to fulfill the diverse needs of the community and our growing program at VMFH. The practice location will be at St. Anne Hospital in Burien, WA.

• Clinical excellence: Nephrology is looking to hire a general nephrologist to provide high quality compassionate patient-centered nephrology care. This nephrologist will be employed by VMMC, connected to VMMC Nephrology in Downtown Seattle, and supported by leadership at both St. Anne and VMMC Seattle. This nephrologist will help develop a state-of-the-art inpatient and outpatient nephrology program at St. Anne medical center and will be an extension of the clinical excellence, professionalism, and collaboration of the VMMC Section of Nephrology.
• Team based approach: Our nephrology team focuses on providing appropriate, compassionate, and state-of-the art surgical and medical care for our patients. Our staff and physicians comprise a dedicated and collaborative team that support each other and work together to create a positive work environment.
• Flexible schedule options: Weekly schedule will include outpatient clinics, and inpatient hospital consultation, and dialysis services at the St. Anne Hospital location. On-call responsibilities will include inpatient nephrology call at St. Anne Hospital.

The St. Anne nephrologist will be supported by the VMMC Nephrology group, with structured mentorship in the first two years of the position. Based on the candidate’s skills and interests, leadership and growth opportunities are available.

• BE/BC in nephrology
• Fellowship or advanced training in nephrology preferred
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA
