• Must have a Top Secret/SCI-Eligible Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to computer or information science.
• IAT Level II in DoD 8570
• At least one nationally recognized certification for senior network administrators/engineers/architects tied to the proposed solution’s routers and switches
• 7+ years' experience working as a Network Engineer or in a related field.
• Experience developing high-level project/work plans.
• Installing, configuring and managing network switches and routers (versed in OSPF, MPLS, SDN, routing/switching on Juniper and Cisco hardware platforms).
• Proficiency with Active Directory, domain controllers, IP addressing, DNS, remote access, VLANs, and VoIP systems.
• Experience in working networks at all classification levels (Unclassified/S/TS).
• Experience installing and configuring firewalls.
• Experience performing network upgrades and data migrations.
• Experience in large network environments with the willingness to also work in small offices.
• Well versed in network monitoring software. The ability to work independently and as a team member.
