New Business Administrator
35 Hours Full time - Permanent Contract
Financial services experience ideal for this role but not essential.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic new business administrator to join our Cherrywood office in Dublin. You will benefit from our smart working policy, which means a blend of office and home working.
As a Business Administrator you will be providing office support to both employees and customers, keeping company data updated and interacting with clients to build good relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service on telephone and email queries from Brokers.
- Processing customer applications, ensuring that they are completed within turnaround times and with high levels of quality
- Deliver high levels of first point resolution for our customers
- Liaising between Broker and Broker Consultants.
- Ensure that you comply with all mandatory regulatory requirements and in particular e.g complaint handing, CPC requirements, DPA, AML.
- To develop system, product and technical knowledge to ensure delivery of this service.
- Support the complaints resolution process to ensure complaints are dealt with promptly and properly with positive customer engagement in line with our obligations
