Job Duties

The superintendent will serve as a resource to participants throughout the construction process.

The superintendent’s role is to ensure whatever is required to facilitate the construction of the project on site from beginning to completion.

Daily reporting, scheduling, safety compliance, general project oversight.

Inspects subcontractor’s work to ensure that it meets subcontracted obligations.

Creates, maintains, and updates projectsschedule.

Schedule city and special Inspections.

Maintain building schedules through Buildertrend.

Proactively anticipate all issues to avoid “surprises” or emergencies.

Ensure high standard of quality control for all involved parties.

Coordinate with Sales team to schedule appointment with future Homeowners.

Schedule and conduct Pre-Construction, Pre-Drywall, and Final walk-through meetings with Sales team and future Homeowners.Qualifications

Must exhibit strong leadership skills/internal drive to succeed.

Must have advanced problem-solving skills and independent decision making.

Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields.

Experience with Computers/Tablets

Ability to maintain schedules on multiple projects simultaneously

Familiarity with current CA building codes

Ability to read building plans

Valid Driver’s License

Bi-lingual is a plus

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
