We are seeking a full-time or part-time Night Auditor for our hotel. Duties include:

• The Night Auditor is responsible for balancing the revenue and expense transactions, which occurred during the day at the hotel.
• Responsible for turning the day over to the new business date.
• Responsible for the overall operations and appearance of the front desk of a hotel.
• Responsible for attending to the needs of guests, especially during check-in and check-out.
• The night auditor, and front desk team, are the number one, front-line people whose service determines a guest's experience. Service is everything here!

We are looking for someone who possesses these personal qualifications: * Be honest, reliable.

• Be ready to begin work at the specified time.
• Be well groomed and aware of personal hygiene; adhere to dress code policy as mentioned in policy handbook.
• Offer courteous and sincere hospitality at all times. Every guest leaves HAPPY!
• Efficient, courteous, high quality service in a clean and organized environment.
• Handles, understands and responds to customer complaints and needs calmly and advises effectively or seeks assistance from management.
• Follows training guidelines using good judgment and common sense.
• Communicate and work well with supervisor and hotel employees.
• Keeps work area, equipment, and lobby clean and orderly. Has a concern for cleanliness and orderliness of work area and equipment.
• Keep all business confidential both on and off duty.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
