Night Manager - Munster 5* Hotel

Our client, a fabulous 5* Hotel is looking for a Night Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should be friendly and guest-focused, have excellent customer service skills, have management experience in a luxury 4* or 5* hotel, and ideally have experience working in a busy Front of House area. This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to join a leading hotel with career progression

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* Luxury Hotel
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence change

• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Leading Hotel Standards of Service
• Strong working knowledge of Opera
• Have a passion for Hospitality and guest care
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance and exceed targets
• Accountable and resilient
• Ability to work under pressure
• High energy and enthusiasm
