Farmer’s Consulting partners with non-profit organizations and charities to help them build awareness and reach their fundraising goals. Our charity partners are fighting to end childhood hunger in America and worldwide, protect our environment, defend refugees, and many other worthy causes.

This position is a street/public fundraising/canvassing position. Canvassers need to be comfortable striking up conversations, be confident building rapport with people, and inspiring them to become part of the movement.

Position Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the campaign’s success by achieving daily fundraising goals.
• Engage the public, motivating and inspiring them to become a sustaining donor and supporting our charity partner’s causes.
• Process donations in a precise manner, ensuring accurate recording of donor contact and payment details.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Outgoing personality and ability to engage the public.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Passionate about making a difference in the world.
• Able to work outside in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales or customer service experience would be considered an asset.
