We are currently seeking a Front of House Manager to join our team at Firefly.

Summary: The Front of the House Manager will work closely with the General Manager and all members of the restaurant’s management team to ensure the restaurant is operating according to standards.

Job Functions/Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manages FOH staff, including performance feedback, uniforms, discipline, etc.
• Jump in to assist staff when busy (expedite or run food, pour water, bus tables, etc.)
• Must be knowledgeable of food allergens.
• Shift opening and closing managerial responsibilities. Duties may include financial/cash handling and operational administrative tasks.
• Guest interaction – ensuring service and food quality, cultivating relationships, resolving issues

Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Must have current food handler’s certificate

Experience

• 3 years of restaurant management experience required
• Strong service, food, and beverage knowledge required
• High volume, fast-paced, high profile restaurant experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
