JOB DESCRIPTION

· Prospect via Cold Calls, SMS, etc.
· Qualify and answer all inbound calls and texts
· Set up Quality appointments for Acquisitions Manager
· Monitor all inbound lead sources
· Database Management
· Audit Calls and Leads
· Exceed Performance metrics
· Additional duties as assigned

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL

· Be FLUENT in English, including grammar
· Have Real Estate Experience
· Have Exceptional telephone skills
· Be Detailed oriented/ proficient writing & communication skills
· Be Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
· Have Excellent time management & organizational skills
· Be Comfortable with fast-paced communications, delivery, and issue resolution
· Have Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
· Have a Flexible Full-Time Schedule, including weekends and evenings
· Experience with Salesforce, Dialpad, Launch Control, and SlyBroadcast, preferred
