Position Title: Medical Provider/Physician (MD, DO, PA, ND, NP)

Location: Sacramento, CA 95816

Duration: Full Time

Duties:

· Responsible for sensitive medical exams and procedures including but not limited to; genital exams, prostate exams, LiESWT treatments, and penile injections.

· Exhibits exemplary bedside manner and establishes rapport with patients in a caring manner

· Evaluate and manage symptoms of low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, and premature ejaculation using proprietary medical guidelines developed by the medical director

· Electronic medical record-keeping

· Participate in monthly all-provider meetings as well as monthly one-on-one meetings with the medical director

· CME annually to meet state requirements

· May be required to participate in educational and marketing efforts, which may include but are not limited to public presentations, print, radio, and television

Required Qualifications:

· Graduate of an accredited medical school

· Licensed to practice medicine in the state of California

· Current state narcotic and federal DEA certification

· Ability to prescribe Scheduled III controlled substances
