Mendota Health is a full-service mobile wound care clinic that is delivering services to patients in their own home. · We are seeking Nurse Practitioners to perform mobile advanced wound care services for our patients. You will travel locally within your designated region to see our patients.

· Must be open to performing debridement and other advanced wound care treatments. We are willing to train if you do not have experience.

· This position a is full-time salaried position working Monday-Friday or four ten hour shifts a week.

· Required supplies will be provided and you will be reimbursed for mileage and business expenses.

Qualifications

· 6 + months of experience as an advanced practice provider

• A clinical background in adult, family, or geriatric specialties

· Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

· Board Certified/Board Prepared through AANP, ANCC or NCCPA

• Nurse Practitioner national certification as ANP, FNP, or GNP required or the ability to obtain
• Current, unrestricted NP license in the state of assignment or the ability to obtain license
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain State DEA licensure / Prescriptive Authority post - where applicable
• Effective communication skills
• Computer literate and able navigate the Internet

· Proven ability to communicate effectively with strong verbal skills

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

· Must have a valid driver’s license and minimum state required liability auto insurance; local travel is required
