Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays in Clarkston, MI.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Valid LPN or RN License in the State of MI
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a LPN or RN in a facility or Home Care Agency
- Valid Drivers License
- Follow Patient Plan of Care
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent Assessment Skills
- Documents Daily and Reports any Changes to the DON
- Documentation to meet compliance with company policies, state/federal regulations and professional standards of practice.
- Administers medications and performs treatments for assigned client and documents that treatment as required by the plan of care/company
- Strong customer service skills - make a difference!
- Positive attitude
- Must be able to lift, carry, transport and move clients as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour
