The Certified Nurse Aide/QMAP provides quality care to assisted living and memory care residents

• Provide ADL care to residents, tailored to their needs and in accordance with their ISP
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for the residents
• Preserve the dignity, privacy and self-respect of all residents
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to alarms and emergencies
• Regularly share observations regarding resident behaviors and changes
• Maintain HIPPA and confidentiality
• Complete documentation as required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, day/evening/night shifts

Shift differentials: evenings and weekends

Hours per week: Full-time 30-39, Part-time 20-29

• At least 18 years of age, current licensure in good standing as a CNA and/or QMAP
• Obtain at least 12 hours of continuing education credits annually by attending or completing education programs to maintain CNA/QMAP
• Good reading, writing and oral communication skills, basic computer skills
• Effective problem-solving skills; able to multi-task
• Previous experience in personal care or other related fields
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Meet background check criteria including drug screening and TB test
