$3,000 Sign on Bonus and $5,000 Relocation Bonus (if applicable)!
80 hours every 2 weeks | Monday-Friday | 8AM-4:30PM.

The individual in this position provides professional treatment for individuals in Rice Memorial Hospital Behavior Health Unit. The individual is responsible for professional assessment, treatment, and communication. The individual also participates in department related activities and activities designed to maintain and increase her professional skills.

Requirements:

• Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
• Basic Life Support (BLS)certified

• Follow doctors’ orders, interpret, and carry them out.
• Provide services through evaluations and plan of treatment, provide state of the art treatment programs, and document in a clear, concise manner.
• Have an understanding of the range of treatment that is needed and can be used by patients of all ages in relation to the growth and development processes to include adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
• Speak to people in terms of Occupational Therapy and its function.
• Make frequent independent decisions that are beneficial to the patient.

To be eligible for the Sign on Bonus or Relocation Bonus you must be an external applicant or a former employee who has been separated from CentraCare for a minimum of 9 months. Internal employees are not eligible for the Bonuses. To be eligible for the relocation bonus, you must currently live 50 miles or more from facility and must move within 30 miles.
