Occupational Therapist
Job description
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluation and occupational therapy treatment. Responsible for the direct or individual provision of individualized care based on the assessed age and developmental needs. Responsible for transitioning patients to Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and supervision according to policy.
One (1) year experience.
Home Care or Long Term Care exp preferred.- Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy
- Preferred: Masters in Occupational Therapy
- CO Occupational Therapist (OT) License,
- Current Colorado drivers license within 60 days of hire.
- BLS (AHA)
- Automated External Defibrillator (AED) preferred for facilities without an AED
Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
