Constellation Health Services is looking for a school based Occupational Therapist in Greenwich. The role is Monday - Friday from 8 am to 4 pm working with and helping school age children to reach their goals.

Requirements:

• Connecticut State Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Pediatric knowledge and experience preferred.
• Skillful in teletherapy preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provision of school based OT services including evaluations, interventions, leading individual and small groups
• Documentation, attending and reporting at meetings.
• Teletherapy if school goes to remote learning.
• May mentor newer OT and supervise OTA.
