Our client, a leading Freight Forwarder is looking for an experienced, customer orientated Ocean Operator.
The successful candidate will be expected to be the point of call for customers and help ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.

Responsibilities
Work with an established customer base to ensure that all clients requirements are met at all times.
Direct liaison with valuable customers.
Ensure company guidelines and quality service are maintained at all times.
Liaise with shipping partners to ensure effective operational performance.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum three years in a similar role.
The successful candidate will require good customer relationship skills.
Ability to understand the needs of an organisation and provide solutions where necessary.
Be self motivated and ambitious and enjoy interaction in a busy environment.
Will require exceptional administrative and communication skills.
