We are a locally owned home care business that has an extraordinary culture. We are looking for great professional talent with a possitive attitude who can work in a fast-paced (at times) environment and who is flexible, can work as a team and has exceptional skills in communication and has the ability to work independantly. Knowlege of homecare services or personal care experience prefered. This position is a 830am-5pm Monday-Friday IN office position.

The Office administrator assistant is responsible for but not limited to: basic office duties such as anwsering and triaging phone calls, Keeping inventory on office supplies, greeting all visitors, scheduling interviews, maintaining our social media accounts, scheduling, assisting with onboarding and orientatons, emergency field coverage, maintaining employee files, communicating with employees and clients and oversees client and employee satisfaction , leading team members to successfully achieve their professional goals, while contributing to Right at Home’s overall business goals.

  • Plays the integral role in helping Right at Home improve the lives of as many people as possible in our community.
  • Plans and implements the annual budget, completes team recruitment and retention plans, , and guides the sales and marketing plan.
  • The ideal candidate is easy going, fun, creative, outgoing and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries.

The desired candidate will possess the following:

  • High school graduate or equivalent with two years of experience.
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
  • Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
