Office Administrator - Temporary - Summer

Delaware County Solid Waste Authority is seeking an Office Administrator for the summer months at the Rolling Hills Landfill in Boyertown, PA. The ideal candidate will offer adminstrative support to the Rolling Hills Office.

Responsibilities:

• Support accounting, purchasing and payroll functions
• Serve as the point of contact to clients to ensure efficient communication
• Enters and processes timecards in the payroll system
• Maintain and reconcile cash receipts with deposits from AR transactions
• Compiles daily operational reports for DEP and ensures accuracy
• Perform Weighmaster duties
• Support a culture of safety

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent computer skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid PA Driver's License

This is a day shift position, 30-35 hours a week for the summer.
