The Role:

Hanley Calibration are looking for an Office Administratorto join our growing exciting team at our head office in Little Island, Cork.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, organising and storage of paper and digital information using databases
  • Dealing with customer and technician queries by phone and email
  • Maintaining office systems e.g. Management of test equipment
  • Management of incoming and outgoing equipment deliveries
  • Liaising with suppliers for Third Party/external Calibrations (Requesting Quotes)
  • Liaising with Customers (Requesting/chasing POs)
  • Liaising with employees on paperwork
  • Assisting in update of internal CMMS systems
  • Management of PPE system(ordering and distribution)
  • Greeting of visitors on arrival
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Ordering of office supplies
  • Printing and photocopying


Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:


  • 2ndlevel qualification (leaving certificate or equivalent)
  • 3rd level administration, business or relevant course (desirable)
  • Experience in administration/working office environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Strong computer literacy
