Office Adminstrator

We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to work a prgoressive Catering Company in Dublin 12.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchase Order Requisition and ordering of general items
  • Purchase Invoice Processing to Accounts System(SAGE)
  • General Administration of the office daily, including Answering phones and relaying calls to the correct person
  • Assisting in ad-hoc office management with the Office Manager

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in a similar role
  • Proven IT skills, proficiency with Excel/MS word/Office – essential
  • Working knowledge of Computerised Accounts Systems preferable
  • An interest to learn and develop professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and technical knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)
  • Administration: 2 years (preferred)
