Office Administrator

At Osborne we are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a leading global manufacturer of electronic products and systems based in South West Dublin.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate who likes to work on a variety of administrative tasks, support the team on multiple projects.

For You:

Responsibilities:

  • General admin duties, letters to customers, issuing T&C’s etc
  • Updating reports; stocklists and price reports
  • New staff training and coordination of inhouse courses
  • Tender admin, checking tenders and submission to e-tenders
  • Data entry
  • Prepare and provide data reports where necessary
  • Provide ad-hoc admin services to the various business units.

Requirements:

  • 1 years+ admin experience
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent MS Office suite ability
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage work efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail
