Office Administrator/Customer Service
Job description
Due to continued expansion EV Charging Ireland are currently seeking an office administrator/customer service assistant. This is an exciting role for the successful candidate to join a busy and forward thinking business in the green sector.
Job Requirement:
Handling customer payments, enquiries and general customer service
Posting of bank entries
Preparation of reports on request
Liaising with site technicians and customer appointments
Liaising with customer grants and administration regarding customer appointments
Other ad-hoc duties
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role of at least 3 years +
Highly customer focused at all times
Exceptional attention to detail
Highly organised, motivated and work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Accounts/data entry experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: €11.00 per hour
