The Office Aide role is responsible for creating, managing, and tracking case files within our internal case management system. We will count on you to provide effective customer service to our callers and execute all assigned clerical tasks to the highest quality standards.

We Require
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of office clerical experience which includes customer service
- Post-secondary education may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis
- A valid Arizona driver’s license by the time of hire
We Also Value
- Experience performing data input and record-keeping
- Experience handling multi-line telephone systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
Job Contributions
- Copies, scans, and organizes materials and documents
- Receives, sorts, and distributes mail
- Handles the delivery, pick-up, and assembly of legal materials, documents, and equipment
- Receives, logs, sorts, inventories, and stocks supplies
- Answers the telephone; screens, logs, and directs calls to the appropriate staff
- Files legal documents with the court
- Performs miscellaneous routine clerical tasks, including the scheduling of conference rooms
- Moves boxes and other large items; handles minor office housekeeping duties
- Manages and tracks file transfers to and from off-site storage with outside vendors; coordinates file destruction based on an established schedule
Working Conditions
- Work is conducted in a typical office environment
- This candidate will regularly be exposed to traumatic subject matters (crime scenes, accidents, etc.), frequently changing tasks, working in close physical proximity with others, and public contact may be frequent occurrences
- May be required to lift 25-50 pounds floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead; carry 25-50 pounds a distance of 100 feet or push/pull 25-50 pounds a distance of 1000 feet
