Allied Parking – 800 South 9th Street Minneapolis MN 55404
$19 - $20 / hour – Full Time
Monday – Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm or 8:30am – 4:30pm
Job Description:
Parking office located in Minneapolis. Looking for a full time office assistant. Parking experience a plus but not required. FREE PARKING ON SITE.
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage phones and voicemail.
· Reception-Greet and handle visitors.
· Facilitate Parking Requests
· Create Photo ID badges for employees.
· Sell Parking Vouchers
· Create or update spreadsheets to track parking data
· Create maintain and manage office files.
· Maintain office order and organization.
· Special projects as assigned.
· Candidate to have good excel / word / outlook skills.
· Ability to work unassisted.
Experience:
- Office assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Microsoft Outlook, Xcel, Word experience
- Detail Oriented
- Customer Service Experience
- High School Diploma
