Looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

Looking for a hard-working professional able to undertake varity of office and operational support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with high degree of attention to detail and discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Preparing and organizing documents
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Schedule and plan meeting and appointments
  • Manage supply inventory
  • Perform data entry as required
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a back office assistant or office assistance or in another relevant administrative role
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Able to multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of using basic office equipment like faxes, scanner, copier or computer
  • Pass Live Scan fingerprinting background check; Proof of TB Test.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Chatsworth, CA 91311: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
