WHO WE ARE:
We are a emergency remediation company that specializes in home water & fire damage restoration, mold remediation, & reconstruction.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a reliable, intelligent individual who is a fast learner and can multi-task in a high-volume office setting. The right individual will be wearing many hats within the company. We’re looking for someone long term, and full-time, so if this is an “In-Between” job for you, please don’t apply, as the training process is intensive, and we don’t want you to waste your time or ours. Experience in the restoration industry is a plus!!!

TASKS
The Immediate tasks include but are not limited to invoicing, billing, manage assigned tasks with homeowner and insurance company and technicians, answering a multi-line phone system, customer service, finding vendors when necessary, some accounting, and direct assistance to our executive administrator and company owner.

You will learn our different platforms for billing. As long as you are a quick learner and take good notes, we will teach you.

COMPENSATION: $20-22 hr DOE
Please have reliable transportation.

CURRENT SCHEDULE: M-F, 8a-5p; if part-time is preferred, we may be able to work out a workable schedule. 1 hr lunch. As a 24 hour emergency company, an after hours cell phone is rotated amongst the office personnel and all calls are received and scheduled during that time period. OT pay. Vacation and sick pay included. Medical benefits 50%.
