Office Clerk will perform and/or assist with routine clerical duties in the Sales Center in accordance with standard administrative procedures. This position may cover a variety of duties where the candidate may be able to gain additional skills in different areas.

Duties include, but not limited to:
Hours of Work: Full Time, Monday- Friday shift: 8am -4:30pm

Sales/Administration Support:
  • Administrative support to Sales Finance Manager and Sales Management team.
  • Coordinate special event and employee sales orders
  • Office supply monitoring and ordering
  • Conference room scheduling
  • Coordinate company meetings, including catering and audio-visual support
  • Maintain Office appearance
  • OKI Point of Sale printing for entire sales staff
  • Event planning committee
  • Maintain office equipment
  • Document retrieval (ex: customer invoices)
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Front desk duties (phone, guests’ entry, shipping & receiving)
  • Security and Photo ID badging
  • Event ticket management (tracking/disbursement)
  • Point of contact for vendors
  • Uniform ordering/invoicing
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Order processing (samples & employee sales)
  • Check in and record all money collections from route personnel.
  • Balance and reconcile local cash funds
  • Monitor all local delivery routes for timely completion
  • Other projects.
May require some overtime. Flexible hours when needed.

Position Requirements:
  • High School – GED or Diploma required.
  • Some college preferred. 2-5 years’ experience in an automated office environment required.
  • Proficient computer and database application skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point. Experience using SAP preferred.
  • Accurate data entry, 10 Key by touch.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Teamwork aptitude and professionalism.
  • Problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task, strong time management skill, ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Detail oriented with attention to accuracy.
Physical Requirements:
Standing, sitting, bending, and walking. Occasional lifting of up to 30lbs.
